Dill-Yogurt Dressing

This is a spectacularly simple and tasty dressing. It has many uses, and is particularly good with salmon and boiled potatoes.

This dressing loses nothing with refrigeration and may be kept as long as yogurt itself.

Yogurt, 1 cup
Dill, 2 teaspoons, more or less to taste
Mixing bowl

Mix yogurt and dill in the bowl.

Variations

Sour cream or mayonnaise may be stirred in, in any proportion. If you love mayonnaise, and are on a diet, a very little makes its presence evident.

This dressing is used in the Potatoes & Yogurt Appetizer.
