FOR BROCCOLI This is an excellent dressing for broccoli. It is sweet, with honey, orange, and ginger flavors. There is no countervailing sour. We plan to try it as a glaze for pork or a split, baked chicken. May be served hot or at room temperature. Serves 4 Dressing: Cooked broccoli, 1 pound Walnuts, 1/2 cup, toasted Serving bowl Toast the walnuts. (May be made ahead of time to this point.) To serve, toss cooked broccoli in serving bowl with dressing, scallions, and walnuts. |
